Availability Policy

The majority of the items showen on our site are instock. Nook An' Cranny will always do our best to keep this website up to date.  Some items will be showen that will be coming out in the near future or special event items.  If you order something that is out of stock you will be notified immediately, advise you of the expected delivery date.  If you decide you do not want the item, we will issue a credit on the cedit card if it has been charged through.

What's Nook An' Cranny's return Policy...

The items we sell are chosen for quality, reasonable pricing. 
But... some time thing do not work out. 

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of the purchase date. 
However, please notify us by phone 1-800-354-0077 or 393-8771 before returning an item.  Unfortunately, shipping charges  are not refundable, and orders that were originally shipped free of charge will be credited back minus the original shipping costs.   Additionally, you must pay the shipping cost to return merchandise to Nook An' Cranny.

Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received in good condition at Nook An' Cranny.  Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchased.  Refunds for items purchased by cashier's check or money order will be issued as a refund check from Nook An' Cranny.  For personal check refunds, please allow 4-6 weeks for a refund check to issued.

Note:  We check all merchandise for defects before they are shipped.  Merchandise damaged in shipping will be taken care of as stated below.  However, slight inperfections do not constitue do not  damaged item.  Merchandise retured for slight imperfection will be treated as a return , not as damage.  Shipping charges are not refundable and orders that were originally shipped free of charge will be credited back minus the original shipping cost to return merchandise to Nook An' Cranny.

What if my item arrive in a damaged Condition?
If your item arrive damaged, notify us by phone 1-800-354-0077 or 393-8771 within 5 days of receipt.  Do not send the item back to us until we have been contacted about the damage.  You must  keep the original shipping box and packing materials so that the shipper may inspect the item(s) for damage.  We will let you know what to do with the damaged item(s) after we make claim with shipper.  If you do not follow this claim process, you may not get a replacement or refund!
